Halo-Halo
One of the Philippines' favourite and most famous creations, Halo-Halo takes elements like jelly, sweet beans, fruit, condensed milk, coconut, caramel, and ubé (purple yam) and combines them in a glass with crushed ice for an amazing dessert or refreshment whose name literally means "mix-mix." Mixed up with the spoon, the final result is unforgettable.
