Edgar

Edgar is a native of Pampanga, the province that claims to be the culinary capital of the Philippines.

Having worked in restaurants in his home province, and then in Manila, Edgar came to New Zealand in 2014 and has now settled at Turo-Turo as part of the culinary team.

Edgar has a wife and three children, currently still in the Philippines.
